Payments Policy

Please be sure of the services you require and don’t forget to read the Disclaimer page before making any purchase. If you are unsure about anything, please re-read the details for your service of interest before you contact me for clarification if needed.

Cancellations Policy:

All payments made to FWSD & VA are non-refundable, however; it can be transferred or redeemed towards other service(s) equivalent amount. This is can be done within 7 working days noticed before official commence of services for which purchased.   

If no such notice is sent nor received via email, payment for that service will be considered forfeited, should you no longer require FWSD & VA services. You have the option to re-read through the list of services available to you including the FAQ for each service provided by FWSD & VA.

FWSD & VA reserve the right to cancel any order(s) for any reason. Cancellation reason may include incorrect pricing, non-payment, fraudulent order and such.

Refunds Policy: 

All payments made to FWSD & VA are for personal, virtual assistance and online services including the time and effort purposes, once services has commence, therefore; no refunds will be issued.
